Dementia Cafe: on the second Monday each month at 2pm.  Small and intimate setting for people with affected by early Dementia together with their carers, to relax with appropriate activities and laughter!

Health and Wellbeing Drop-in Sessions

Learn what help and support is available at your GP practice and within the local community to improve your Health and Wellbeing.  This is an information sharing and signposting service to help with Loneliness, Debt, Housing, Carers, Accessing Care/Support, Healthy Eating, Physical Fitness, Unemployment, Training, Volunteering, Services within your GP practice, Self-care advice, Health coaching and Lifestyle changes.

Please note that these sessions are not with clinicians and we cannot book appointments with a GP practice, or discuss or offer medical advice, or support an individual with a mental health crisis.

Second Thursday of each month:
​Leicester Life Links
10am to 1pm (no need to book).

Leicester Life Links supports people 18+ who either have a mental health diagnosis or is generally experiencing elements of poor mental health.  Their service provides a number of different support networks, offering you the flexibility to choose how you receive support dependent on your own personal needs.

FRIDAYS

Prayer on most Fridays from 10am for up to an hour for The Well and anyone in need.

 

We are a very small group and learners in praying.  You will be very welcome to join us.

We have the window and the door open for good air flow and you are welcome to wear a mask if that feels safer for you. 

We also have a confidential WhatsApp prayer group.  If there is someone or something you would like prayer for, please let us know.
